All services provided by Remote Team Adria are based on a separate agreement (written or verbal) with each client. Project scope, pricing, timelines, and responsibilities are always defined directly with the client. We work only with individuals and companies legally allowed to enter into contracts.
Payments

- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- The remaining balance is due according to the agreed terms.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Intellectual Property
All materials, software, applications, code, designs, and documentation created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once a project is fully paid, ownership rights are transferred as defined in the specific agreement with the client. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our work without permission.
Software and Liability
We develop software according to agreed specifications. Clients are responsible for testing and approving delivered solutions. While we aim for high quality and reliability, we are not liable for:
- indirect losses
- loss of profit
- business interruption
- issues caused by third-party systems
